We are pleased to introduce the Black Synthetic Bokken, a safe and practical alternative to wooden swords that are used in various martial arts. The pieces are made using a very special synthetic material that virtually eliminates the problems and safety dangers that occur with wooden pieces. This synthetic material is shock resistant, and will not crack or splinter. For all common training contact it will hold its form. Only with heavy contact will it slightly dent or bend. Swords made from this material have been used against wooden weapons with great success.
